Belt filter press:
Belt filter press revolves by the roller which is driven by
transmission system and impels top and bottom belts to move. It’s
applied to filter and dewater industrial sewage, sludge, coal
slime, life sludge and raw sludge. It’s also applied to solid
separation or liquid leaching process. The dewatering is divided to
four important parts: pretreatment, gravity dewatering, wedge
pre-machining dewatering and squeezing dewatering. It has
heavy-duty steel belt filter press and light-duty stainless steel
belt thickening and dewatering machine according to the frame,
material of the drum and the structure.
Flocculated materials are moved onto the belt which makes water
separate from the floc by gravity. It reduces the water content of
sewage floc and worsens the fluidity. Hence, the dewatering
efficiency of gravity dewatering depends on the character of filter
medium (belt), sewage and the flocculation of sewage. The gravity
dewatering removes a large part of water content. After that, the
fluidity obviously gets worse which cannot meet the requirements of
squeezing dewatering. Thus, the wedge pre-machining dewatering
section is added between the squeezing and gravity dewatering
section. When passing through this section, the sewage is
eliminated the water on the surface so that the fluidity completely
loses which ensures that it will not be squeezed out in the
squeezing dewatering section and offer an favorable condition for
1.The first gravity dewatering section is oblique. The sewage is
high up to 1700mm. The height of sewage is increased, so is the
gravity dewatering capacity.
2.Long gravity dewatering section. The first and the second gravity
dewatering section total more than 5m which loses the fluidity
before squeezing. Meanwhile, reverse rotation structure is also set
in the gravity dewatering sector. Sewage filter cake can gain the
lowest water content by wedge and “S” formation of squeezing.
3.The first dewatering roller adopts “T” drain tank which
discharges water quickly and improves the dewatering effect.
4.Automatic control device like belt deviation is set. The tension
and moving speed of the belt is adjustable. It’s convenient for
operation and management.
5.Low noise and no vibration.
6.Less use of chemical medicine.
